Luno Works ("we," "us," or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") to appropriately handle your personal information in connection with the smartphone application "Stackly" (the "App"), as set out below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide the App's services.

Account information

• Email address
• Password (stored with appropriate encryption; applies if you sign up with email and password)
• Display name
• Profile photo (optional)
• If you sign in with Google or Apple, the name, email address, and account identifier provided by that service

Group and item data

• Group name and icon image
• Group invite codes (time-limited)
• Item names, categories, purchase dates, and notes
• Photos of items
• Barcode information (ISBN, UPC/JAN codes, etc.), used for duplicate detection and looking up product details

The group and item data above is visible to and editable by other members of any group you belong to. See "4. Sharing of Information" below for details.

Usage and device information

• Push notification tokens (to deliver in-app updates)
• Your free or paid (Premium) plan status
• Error and connection logs: we may collect technical information to investigate bugs

2. Purposes of Use

• To provide the App's features (group management, item registration, duplicate detection)
• To send push notifications, such as when an item is added
• To manage the free plan's item limit and inform you about the paid plan
• To improve the service and investigate bugs
• To fulfill our legal obligations

We use the information we collect only for the purposes above and do not sell it to third parties.

Sharing with group members

The App is a service for managing items collaboratively within groups. Any group name, item name, category, photo, or note you register is visible to and editable by every other member of that group. Only people who receive an invite code or invite link can join a group, but please be aware of this in-group sharing before you use the App.

Service providers

We use the following categories of external services to operate the App, and we may entrust data to them to the extent necessary for that purpose. We require these providers to maintain appropriate safeguards.

• Authentication, database, and storage services (Cloudflare)
• Email delivery service (e.g., sign-up confirmation emails)
• Push notification delivery service
• Social sign-in providers (Google, Apple)
• Subscription management service (for the paid plan)

5. Data Retention and Deletion

The App does not currently include an in-app account deletion feature. If you would like your account and personal information deleted, please email us at the address below. After verifying your identity, we will delete your data, generally within 7 business days, and notify you once complete.

If you belong to a group with other members, group and item data may be retained after your account is deleted so other members can continue using it. In that case, information identifying you (such as your display name and user ID) will be removed from the group.

6. Cookies and Tracking

The App is a mobile application and does not use cookies. We do not perform tracking for behavioral-analytics purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage. However, we cannot guarantee complete security over the Internet.

You have the following rights.

• To request disclosure, correction, or deletion of the personal information we hold
• To request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at the address below
• To turn push notifications on or off through your device settings

10. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy in response to changes in law or in the App's services. If there is a material change, we will announce it on this page. If you continue to use the App after a revision, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Policy.
